BEST SELLER HAZELNUT WHISKEY ICE CREAM

In 2012 Earnest Ice Cream in Vancouver, British Columbia started making and selling their superlative, small batch, seasonal ice creams (crèmes glacées) by the scoop, and in pints packed in returnable and reusable glass jars.

Made since day one, Whiskey Hazelnut has remained a favorite. Roasted organic hazelnuts from Agassiz, British Columbia get folded into a whiskey ice cream made with Alberta Springs, a Canadian rye whiskey. The end product is a super smooth and creamy glacée with a toasty, nutty crunch that's a little boozy (nothing wrong with that).
